I’m Mark a.k.a. The Braw Scran Man. I am originally from Scotland, and the term "Braw Scran" translates to "Good Food."

My culinary journey began in 1999, and over the past 25 years, I have had the privilege of serving the hospitality and tourism industries.

For the past 11 years, I have been residing in New Zealand, where I have recently established my own business, The Braw Scran Man. Our services specialise in Food Safety Consultancy, Private Catering, Small Business Startups, and Relief Work.
